Two resolutions currently in the making

Happy New Year! I can't tell you how excited I am it is January. I have been waiting for this month for the past nine & I truly didn't know if I was going to make it here sane. 

2010 was a little rough. I started the year out sick (as in had to call 911 back in February sick), then having my mother-in-law un-expectingly pass away, to having a different kind of sickness (hello morning sickness!) for 18 weeks to ending the year with a nasty month long bout of bronchitis. 

Ringing in the new year still under the weather wasn't what I had planned but I am very optimistic that one way or another, soon I will start to feel better.  

I always like my new years resolutions to be different every year. I mean, I can't really use the typical 'I am going to diet and lose weight' resolution being 9 months pregnant (maybe next month) and I already am eating as healthy as I possibly can. So my new resolutions for 2011 are:

To be the very best mom I can be & to keep my blog updated.

Blogging has been one of the most difficult things for me. It is something I put off when I get super busy. I always have the ideas, it's just following through with them and before I know it, the event I wanted to write about has passed, the topic is no longer relevant or I just forget and move on.

I want this year to be different. With having so many friends & family that live all over the country, I want them to be able to come here and see what we are up to, how life is with our soon-to-be new addition and the adventures to be had.
