Fashionable Fridays: Not so Fashionable...Valentine

As I was browsing the net for some type of Valentines Day attire, I couldn't help but pass up this dress. I had to share it with everyone. Who is this lady? What was going on in her mind when she slipped this on?
I had another idea in mind for this weeks Fashionably Friday but when I came across this 'one of a kind' dress, it was meant to be the subject of this Friday. Your thoughts?
