Remodeling our Workspaces...

John and I decided we needed to upgrade our workspace. Since we both spend so much time on the computer, we were constantly asking which one of us is going to get the computer that day and had to delegate our computer time. It's sad I know, but since both of us are designers, a lot of what we do involves working on the computer.

So above is a picture of our previous workspace in which we shared.. Our solution: Buy another computer and another desk and make it work in our small little den.

So here is John assembling the new desk, which is just the same as the one we already had.

And here is our new set up..a few hours and pictures later..with Johns fancy new iMac that he has been drooling over forever.

And above is my little cozy set up on the other side...

YAY for our OWN desks and workspaces..our paperwork and other random stuff was forever getting mixed up!

And the best part, we have our joint bookcase just on the other side of us, for all our inspiration and design books..oh yeah, and our prom picture from high school prominently displayed :)
